How to Use

• Sign in to a PlayStation Network account registered for Japan. An account’s country/region cannot be changed after it is created.
• Open PlayStation Store and select Redeem Code: on PS5 under the … (More) menu (コード番号の入力 in Japanese), on PS4 Redeem Codes (コード番号を入力する), on the web in the menu under your profile icon.
• Enter your 12‑digit code to add funds; spend immediately on eligible content.
• Wallet limit: 60,000 JPY. A code that would take the balance above the limit is refused until some funds are spent.
• CERO Z (18+) games and pre-orders awaiting a CERO rating cannot be bought with wallet funds.

Delivery

• Upon successful identity verification, your gift card number will be emailed immediately.
• If verification is pending, delivery may take up to 24 hours, and you may receive a separate email with instructions to complete verification.
