Delivery
- Upon successful identity verification, your gift card number will be emailed immediately.
- If verification is pending, delivery may take up to 24 hours, and you may receive a separate email with instructions to complete verification.
Important Information
- Use of U-NEXT requires agreement to the Terms of Use set by U-NEXT Co., Ltd. and free membership registration.
- Personal information entered during free registration is used to provide the service.
- Free registration does not automatically convert to a paid monthly plan. If you already subscribe to a paid monthly plan, services may overlap.
- U-NEXT Points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 JPY.
- The purchased gift card number expires 45 days from the date of purchase. After expiration, the code becomes invalid. Redeem within the validity period at the dedicated site: giftcode.jp/unext.
- U-NEXT Points have a validity period of 90 days from gift code entry. Check your point balance and expiry under “U-NEXT Points” in the TV or browser menu.
- Gift codes cannot be exchanged for cash, reissued, refunded, or compensated.
- If rental prices for new films or purchase prices for manga exceed your point balance, you must pay the difference.
- Some titles are not available to customers under 18 years of age.
- Service content and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- Temporary unavailability may occur without notice due to system maintenance.

How to Use
- Go to the gift code registration page: https://account.unext.jp/tieup/card
- If you are not a member, select 「はじめてご利用の方」 and complete the free account registration. If you already have an account, select 「U-NEXTアカウントをお持ちの方」 (login required).
- Enter your U-NEXT gift code and select 「次へ」.
- Check the entered information and select 「適用」.
- Registration complete! Enjoy U-NEXT.
Note: Please use the gift code by the end of the month that falls one month after the purchase date.
