When will I receive my code?

  • Verified customers: If your item is in stock, your gift code will be emailed within several hours of order confirmation.
  • Unverified customers: You may receive an email requesting identity verification. Once verified, your gift code will be emailed within 24 hours of successful verification.
  • Out of stock or backorder: If you purchase an item marked “Out of Stock” or “Available on backorder,” delivery of your code may take longer.
  • Incorrect email address: If you entered the wrong email at checkout, please contact us with your order details, and we will help locate your order.

Please note: We do not offer instant delivery. All orders are processed manually by our team and typically take several hours up to one business day to complete.

Do I need to provide personal identification for verification?

If you are new to Japan Codes, you may receive a separate email requesting identity verification. Please follow the instructions in that email to complete verification. This requirement is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not required for all customers.

Where can I find my gift code or certificate?

Your gift code or certificate will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. It may be sent as a code or a scanned image. Look for an email with the subject line, “Your Japan Codes order #xxxx is complete.” Be sure to check your spam folder. If you have not received your order within 24 hours, contact support@japan-codes.com.

My code hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, please reach out to support@japan-codes.com. Note that items marked as “Out of Stock” or “Available on backorder” may take up to 24 hours to fulfill.

Why are certain products consistently on backorder?

Products labeled as “on backorder” may require up to 24 hours for delivery. Items that are less popular are often kept on backorder to manage inventory efficiently. However, being on backorder doesn’t necessarily indicate that a product is unpopular.

Can I cancel my order and receive a full refund?

If your order has not yet been delivered, you may cancel it by contacting our support team. If your order has been delivered, we must verify that the gift card remains unused before issuing a refund. Please contact support@japan-codes.comto request assistance.

My code is invalid. What should I do?

Some websites require you to be in Japan or use a Japanese VPN to redeem codes. If this applies to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing a screenshot of the redemption error. If we confirm the issue, we’ll provide a replacement. Requests submitted beyond the 48-hour window may not be supported.

Are there purchase limits?

No, we have no purchase limits. You may buy as many gift cards as you wish.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No, creating an account is not required to purchase gift cards from our store.

What does “Available on backorder” mean?

This indicates the item is temporarily unavailable for immediate delivery, with fulfillment typically within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do Amazon codes expire?

Yes, Amazon codes expire one year after the purchase date.

I bought a BitCash EX Gift Card a month ago, but now it says it’s unavailable. Why?

Both BitCash EX and BitCash ST Prepaid Cards expire one month after purchase.

Can I use Apple Gift Cards to pay for my iTunes Match subscription?

Yes, according to Apple’s guidelines, you can use store credit to pay for an iTunes Match subscription, provided you have a valid payment method on file during sign-up.

Do I need to be in Japan to redeem my gift cards?

Certain websites may require a Japanese VPN for redemption. However, please do not access our website using a VPN. We cannot assist in locating a VPN but are available to help with translations or instructions if needed.

Should I use a VPN to access Japan Codes?

No, please avoid using a VPN or proxy when accessing Japan Codes. Orders placed using VPN connections may be flagged. Always use a direct internet connection.
